Book One of the Too Much Romance Trilogy.

We all sin. It’s the choices made after, that define us.

Natasha Perry is most comfortable camouflaged in ordinary. She escaped a stripper past to find salvation in music and by turning into a weaker person: Trixie, a woman madly ruled by alter-egos Goldilocks and The Slut. The cost of controlling her alters’ psychotic-storm is a need to hide behind a mask of controlled nothing special, with a song in her head.

All thoughts of control are usurped when she meets tall, dark and delicious Dr Sebastian Mancini, reluctant-Mafia son. The powerful and wealthy Mancini family led by Renzo Mancini will do anything to safeguard the family’s name, reputation and secrets. One of those secrets is hunting the couple, jeopardising Sebastian and Natasha’s romance and lives.

‘Madly’ is the beginning of an explosive journey taken by a complex, couple who are simply falling in love. Balancing the too much, with the too soon, sees their story capture all that is seductive, dangerous, and soulful about sex, drugs and rock and roll. Their plight complemented by the soundtrack in Nat’s mind. The story delves into the madness of inner voices and the masks ‘normal’ people hide behind when dealing with lust, love, guilt, and ambition.

After a slowly building start of learning the characters, this first book in the Too Much Too Soon series became a gripping read! I cannot wait for the next installment of Natasha and Sebastián's love affair!

3.5 stars. This is this author's debut book. It is well written however it did feel a little scatted. I wish there were more details. I want to know more about Natasha's former life. The story line was unique. I am very interested to know what happens next, I will read the next one when it comes out.

Madly is A.M Jaxon's debut book and Part 1 in the Too Much Too Soon Series. BEWARE! This ends on a cliffhanger (which annoyingly i wasnt aware of). Credit to Jaxon, she had a really great concept with this storyline and something completely new (for me) within the erotic-romance genre that hasn't been "beaten to death" no pun intended, well maybe a little ;) The writing itself was above average and the editing in terms of typos was exceptional considering the length.
